What we can honestly say: we attempt the receiving point the hospital uses (information desk, volunteer desk, gift shop, or unit clerk). We cannot promise the vase will be carried to the bedside. If a unit cannot accept flowers, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Give us the patient’s full legal name, the hospital, the tower if you know it, and the room number when you have it. If the room is not assigned yet, say so. Compact designs travel elevators and fit crowded rooms better than large garden pieces.

The Texas Medical Center is about 8 miles south of our Heights studio, reached by Main Street, Fannin or Highway 288, in ZIP code 77030. It is inside our regular same-day routes, though campus traffic and receiving rules matter more here than distance. We deliver to TMC hospitals and the hotels and apartments around them, as well as to families staying nearby in the Museum District, West University and Bellaire.
Call the hospital first to confirm the unit accepts flowers; some intensive care, oncology and transplant units do not. Then give us the patient name, hospital, building and room.
Families often stay at nearby hotels or apartments. A bouquet to the hotel front desk with the guest name can be easier than a hospital room.

Same-day requests need to reach us by 2 PM Monday through Sunday, Houston time, and a florist confirms the flowers, the exact address and the route before the order is accepted. Delivery is included in the listed bouquet price for accepted addresses, with no distance surcharge; tax and online processing are added at checkout.
