We take a limited number of weddings each month to ensure every couple gets our full attention. Here’s how the process works from first call to wedding day:

- In-person or virtual consultation: For weddings, we always go deeper with a full consultation — in person at our Heights studio or via video call. We review your inspiration images, discuss color palettes, walk through each floral element from bridal bouquet to last centerpiece, and talk through the logistics of your venue.
- Mood board & proposal review: We put together a full written floral proposal with itemized pricing and a mood board showing the look we’re building toward. You review it, ask questions, and request any adjustments. Nothing moves forward until you love the plan.
- Final floral plan & contract: Once the proposal is approved, we finalize the design, lock in your date, and collect a deposit to hold your wedding date. Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding.
- Delivery and setup on your wedding day: Our team arrives at your venue during the setup window, places every arrangement, and does a final walkthrough before guests arrive. You won’t think about a single stem on your wedding day — that’s our job.
