Coverage still depends on the exact address, date and available route.

Help the bouquet reach the right person

• Homes and apartments: Include the recipient’s name, phone number, unit and entry instructions. Discuss a suitable handoff if the recipient may be away; do not assume flowers can be left unattended.
• Offices and hotels: Include the company or guest name, suite or room information and reception hours. Ask whether the building accepts deliveries at the front desk.
